The Cowhorn Chair (replica)
- Reproduction of Hans J. Wegner’s Cowhorn Chair
Another witty chair from the great chair designer, Hans J Wegner (see also his Ox armchair): the 1952 Cow Horn chair has playful horns on either side of the curved back rail – the all-important curve is a constant in the designer’s work that ensures the sitter remains comfortable over long periods of time.
The sturdy uprights and the addition of bars beneath the seat show how the designer made constant small modifications to his designs, giving each its own, distinct personality.
The Cow Horn chair is available in ash, beech or maple wood.

"beautiful chairs"
Beautiful chairs. Kohornstolen's a broad concept and I have seen up to several versions of the original chair. The chairs I got from Voga with high quality and are of fine workmanship standard. They do not resemble some of the originals I've seen, but in the same style and just as nice.

"3 fine chairs and a broken"
"For 1 month ago I ordered 4 kohornstole. They arrived quickly and smoothly. 3 of the chairs were very nice, but 4e was sadly with a broken back. Yet after several weeks decided what to do with the defective chair. so I wait and still not know yet whether I am very satisfied or extremely dissatisfied. Character will follow later.
