PH 4½ - 3½ floor lamp
Replica of Poul Henningsen's PH 4½ - 3½ floor lamp
A multi-talented man - an author and critic as well as an architect and designer - the name of Poul Henningsen (1894-1967) has become synonymous with lamps whose opal glass shades are layered like petals and emit a warm, diffused light.
In 1925, he designed the ground-breaking PH lamp, comprising three concentric shades that combine to eliminate glare by producing only reflected light, which decreases in intensity as it moves away from its source.
Its mathematical-sounding name refers to the different widths of shades available - see the narrower shades of the PH 3½-2½ floor lamp. The lamp's chrome stem and base are available in an aluminium, black or gold finish. There's also a 153cm-tall PH 4½-3½ floor lamp, plus matching pendant, wall and table lamps.

Ordered PH floor lamp in end November 2011. Have been very happy with the purchase and the good service. The lamp was sent within a few days and received 1 week after. The lamp is very similar to the original. The only apparent visual difference is that the original light having grooves on the uppermost chrome "cap". Very nice light and very satisfied.

received and assembled the lamp, it is super nice, and assembled by the org. glasses e rvirkelig beautiful, and the lamp looks like the org. absolutely, it was very solid embaleret and we were very excited to get it together. it is just super nice in the living room now, looking forward to our black egg comes, they will be fine together. do not think the picture on the website comes to its right, the glasses might look a little dull in the picture. but they are pretty bright in reality. seems to be getting laid nue pictures so people do not get nervous about ordering it. However, I called customer service and heard if they were shiny or matte. and they were shiny said the sweet lady. so I ordered it. and have absolutely no regrets.

Then rang the carrier and asked if we were home when he came to deliver the goods. It's super service. Even when I requested by mail, we got a quick response back. There was great excitement when we packed out the lamp - it was now full and lived up to our expectations. It must say YES to. A super nice lamp which gives a perfect light - it is lit every night. Similar to the original complete. All in all, we delivered what we expected and is all in all very satisfied. There is no doubt that we will patronize Voga again.

I'm really happy for my 2 lamps, however, I have had trouble finding the candle bulbs with great composure. I've had some that have gone out of production. Can there be room in the lamp until I put an inverter in that can be used to a small socket, there's not difficult to get bulbs?
