The order went smoothly and very fast delivery of a beautiful cone, I did have ordered a size too big (I found out when I packed cone out, sigh) and unfortunately had to return this to the samme.På spite of several approached very nice staff, both via email and phone, I have 3 weeks later still have not transferred my payment for my return down the cone. "More attractive than anticipated, we were very unsure about our kitchen-dining room could bear the light, because we did not buy the least, but with the 56 inch model. Super nice cone, wrapping the very top. The only drawback was delivered via the DSV. as 3 times announced when they came, but came only 4 once, this very utilfredsstillende.Jeg can only encourage Voga to switch supplier, but I would still like to order goods from there again, as the product after all, is far more important than the unprofessional vendor.

As soon as I had placed my order, I waited anxiously to receive the cone. When I received it after a few weeks, it was very securely packed - high praise for it! Unfortunately, there was a fefl of 6 - 8 of the slats, so I complained about it. Although the complaint process was not entirely in my head, I received finally a cone which I now have nice hanging in my living room. Thinking shopping furniture at voga.com too.

We are very pleased with the lamp. Fine quality with good finish. The light was delivered on time and properly wrapped. Good service from their customer center, though it sometimes took more than 12 hours before I got the answer (but always within 24 hours, which is very acceptable). The only drawback is that immediately after the purchase did campaign with 20% discount, even though I had asked before purchase if possible. discounts and been told that this was not possible.

The first light we received had two defects - we contacted the customer service that was provided photo documentation and reported back quickly that it should be interchanged. We received the replacement a few weeks and we are very happy. You must be obs around that it is quite a few bulbs that match the lamp (there is very little space to install them)

"After some delivery problems with the hauler in the DK., which incidentally was handled with excellent service from the company, was the lamp delivered in very fine and protective packaging. You should probably be know or be able to compare directly with an original cone to see the difference, but the light is so far bought his fatastiske luminous efficiency, and not because of the name and design. The first light we received was unfortunately defective, but after a short conversation with the support it was agreed that we got sent a new as we received 14 days later. The lamp is a beautiful replica - only criticism is immediately to the assembly instructions are not very good. You must be obs on the few bulbs that match the lamp due to the limited space

All in all a good semi-sheer and embalering, but the lamp was a little dirty when received (some stains on lamellerene) as I still do not know how to remove. It is also difficult to monetre / replace the bulb if you do not have a narrow hand (It's much easier on the ORIGINAL). But the lamp itself is very easy to install and adjust in height, so a good light for the price, one I would like to have a little info on how to clean and maintain it without damaging the aluminum lamellerene!

As a short feedback on cone, I can say the results have been impressive. It was with some difficulty setting it up on a sloping plaster ceiling (high ceiling), - not an issue for people with weak heart - that one might well point out - that you must put a 4-5 hour of the assembly. Wire system is difficult to adjust the way into the horizontal.

Great praise for great quality and super delivery. Our cone - alu (replica), we received several days before the delivery date, before we were contacted and made aware that the box was on its way. It was agreed that the box could be made an agreed place, we were not home. Very solid embalering and is a beautiful lamp.

"Have received cone. Super wrapping, but great was the disappointment when the long awaited cone was packed out. Did the color of steel was like the original, but it's heavy gray aluminum color, and looked at all ike into our dining room. Took hold of Voga immediately, and no problems in sending back, we just had to take hold of that agency DSV and get them to pick up. as I said then done .... DSV would only have £ 1875, - in the freight to send the light back!! Did however another solution through GLS which should only have £ 430, - in the cargo. After returning and approval took only 6 days before the money was returned to kontoen.Kan only recommend Voga over some of the other copy shops online. Great praise for their customer service "

Ordering, payment, etc. process easy and elegant. But when I saw that the goods had arrived in Denmark and after 4 days had not heard from anyone, I had to move to delivery, only to find out that DSV had delivered the goods in Viborg instead of Aalborg. Had DSV as promised phoned prior to delivery had this error was corrected before the damage was done. It took 4-5 days extra with various phone calls before the goods arrived in Aalborg. Acceptable service from Voga's side during this misære. But no stars for Transport / Delivery. The lamp's quality relative to price, I can not put a finger on, and they hang perfectly over our dining table.

Been supplied with a cone, where the bottom fins are afskrap. it looks like they have scratched each other during transport. Have contacted Voga and after transmission of the various images they will send new lamellae, which we ourselves must change. I really hope that it is problem-free!!
