- Reproduction of Eero Aarnio’s Ball chair
‘Groovy’ and futuristic, Eero Aarnio’s 1966 Ball chair captures the spirit of the ’60s more than any other piece of furniture (except, perhaps, its sibling, the Bubble chair). The Finnish designer created the Ball – ‘a room within a room’ – almost by accident, when he found his sketches for an armchair for his own first home becoming increasingly round in shape.
A fun addition to any room, the chair is also the perfect place to curl up and enjoy some quiet time alone. Its interior is upholstered in a luxurious cashmere/wool blend, available in eight colours, from monochrome to brights.
