  • How do I place an order?

    It is easy to order products from Voga.com as thousands of our customers will attest. Simply select the material, colour and amount of the product you want to purchase and then click on the ‘Buy’ button.

    This takes you to your Shopping Basket, where you can choose either to ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Proceed to Checkout’. At this stage, you will be asked to enter your details (which can be used to create an account, if you wish) and the delivery address, if this differs from your own. You then choose your method of payment and review your order (with the option of changing it).

    Once you are sure of the products you want to buy, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Now you start the actual ordering process, which consists of three simple steps:

    1. Provide your contact information, the delivery and payment methods you wish to use.

    2.  Then enter your payment information.


     


    3. In the third step, you will receive an invoice for your purchase. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card – there is nothing else you need to do.

    However, if you choose to pay by bank transfer, you must remember to transfer the total amount for the order to our bank account.
    Our bank information can be found on the receipt page and also on the order confirmation which is automatically sent to your e-mail address when you have completed your purchase.

  • Can I order by phone rather than online?

    Yes you can and many of our customers chose to do so. Voga.com realize that when customers are investing in large pieces of furniture and lighting they may have questions or concerns that the website simply cannot answer and therefore we have a highly trained, customer service team on hand to help you with any further information you might require or simply because you feel more comfortable placing your order with a ‘real’ person.   • What payment methods can I use?

    You can pay by credit/debit card, via bank transfer or via Paypal.

    Credit/debit card: Voga.com accepts the following credit & debit cards: VISA and Mastercard. All payments by credit or debit card are carried out via an encrypted connection, ensuring your details remain private and your payment is secure.

    Bank transfer: You can also choose to pay by bank transfer. Our bank information can be found on the receipt page and also on the order confirmation which is automatically sent to your e-mail address when you have completed your purchase.

  • What is the delivery time on the products?

    Under each individual product, the delivery time for the current product is clearly indicated.

    We both sell in stock products and made to order products, so the delivery time can vary. If you place an order consisting of a mixture of made to order and in stock products, it will always be the item with the longest delivery time that will determine the overall delivery time for the order.

    All products will be sent together in order to minimise carriage costs. However, you can also choose to have the order delivered in stages. There is a fee for this, depending on your order.

  • How much will it cost to get my order delivered?

    After you have chosen your product(s) and proceeded to the basket, you will be able to calculate the shipping cost for the order. The cost will be calculated based on the volume of your order.

  • Can I collect the products?

    Yes you can. Select "pick up from our UK warehouse" as the delivery option on the checkout page and our warehouse will call you when your items are ready for collection. Our warehouse is located in West Dock Road, Parkeston, Harwich, Essex, CO12 4QW. Please note only customers with orders placed with us and approved for collection, can visit our warehouse and a prior appointment will be made by the warehouse with you to arrange a mutually convenient time

  • Do you have products other than those shown on your website?

    At Voga.com we are constantly reviewing our product offering and adding to it. To be kept updated on new product additions sign up to receive emails from us which will inform you of new products, special offers and on-line sales.

  • Do I have the right to return any products I've ordered?


    Yes, you have the right to return.

    This applies as long as you are buying as a private customer. Commercial undertakings are not covered by the right to return.

    The quality of our products is first class; therefore, we have decided to provide a 7 day right of return on all our products. This means that you can return your product and get your money refunded if for one reason or another you change your mind. Voga do not cover the cost of the return.

    If you wish to make use of the right of return, please contact Voga customer services first. The products must be returned in their original packaging – this also includes any protective packaging such as wooden frames etc. This means there is a 7 day right of return on all products. .

    If you want your money back you must remember to send us your bank details and the order number when you first purchased the product. Send this information to: info@voga.com.

    Checklist of information you should send: • Order number • The name of your bank • your bank sort code (4/6 digits) • Your account number (10 digits) • SWIFT code – ask your bank to provide you with this if necessary • IBAN number – ask your bank to provide you with this if necessary.

    As soon as we receive the goods back, we will transfer the amount due to your account immediately.
     

  • Do Voga’s products come with a guarantee?

    Voga.com provides a three-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on all of its products. While we always try to replace defective products, we reserve the right to settle any complaint cases by refunding the product’s purchase price. The three year guarantee is valid from all product purchases from March 2013. Any purchases before this are covered by the standard one year guarantee.
  • How similar are Voga's products to the originals?

    All of our furniture is made to the same specifications of the originals – a replica or reproduction is an identical copy of an original design. The same is true of the materials we use, such as genuine Italian aniline leather and English stainless steel.
  • How is it possible for Voga’s reproductions to match the quality of the originals at a lower price?

    The originals are expensive because the manufacturers have to pay a licence fee to the designers or their estates and because they tend to have a longer, more complicated supply chain than ours. The fewer people and processes involved, the lower the costs.
  • Do I have to pay customs duty?

    No, not if you are an EU resident.

    For residents outside the EU, UK VAT is automatically deducted from their invoice.

    Once the products reach their country of destination, the local (national) VAT has to be cleared before the goods can continue on to their ultimate destination. The process is very simple – all the customer has to do is pay the local VAT when contacted by the shipping company. Once the goods have been released, the shipping company will agree a delivery time with the customer.
  • What about VAT?

    No extra costs, whether VAT, or charges and the like, will be added to your order when you shop with Voga.com.

    All prices stated on the website are the end prices you pay. Only carriage costs and discounts, where applicable, can change the end price.

    All prices include UK VAT, which represents 20% of the stated price.

  • Can businesses buy furniture from Voga.com without paying VAT?

    If you are buying as a business customer and are registered with a valid CBR/VAT number, you can be exempted from paying UK VAT. Once you complete your purchase, all you have to do is tick the box 'Company exempted from VAT’.
  • How do I get more information about a product?

  • What is the difference between aniline and semi-aniline leather?

    Both types of leather are immersed in vats of aniline dye, which penetrates the hide so that the colour permeates all the way through it. Aniline leather receives no further treatment after dyeing, so it remains very soft and has a highly natural look. This natural look will improve with age and will create, over time, a wonderful patina.

    With semi-aniline leather, a clear, protective coating is applied to the top of the hide after the initial dyeing process to help the leather resist stains and fading. Semi-aniline leather is more hard-wearing than pure aniline leather and therefore a good choice for family homes where everyday wear-and-tear might be heavier than usual.
  • Can I change the content of my order?

    If we haven’t already processed your order, we will probably be able to change it.

    Simply contact us as soon as possible, either by sending an email to info@voga.comor calling us on 00 44 203119 100 and we will endeavor to make the changes your require.

  • Can I get more information about a product?

  • Can I resell my purchased replicas?

    No, if you live outside of England you cannot resell replicas. Voga is authorized to sell replica furniture as our business is located in England, where copyright laws are less strict than in other European countries.

    It is perfectly legal for you to buy our goods from outside of England, as it is considered lawful trade under the English law. However, if you are considering reselling your replica items, be aware that this would be subject to the trade laws in your country of residence and would therefore be prohibited.

    For these reasons, you should not resell your Voga products, or any other product bought from a replica dealer.
