Poul Henningsen grew up bathed in the soft glow of paraffin lamps. This soft evocative lighting was the inspiration for his lifelong work with electrical lighting. Since the age of 18 he experimented tirelessly with light in order to create perfect electrical harmony. When we look at his Cone lamp and his countless range of PH lamps we are left in no doubt that he succeeded in his mission. Poul Henningsen is design that puts you in the right mood.
